  1. Thanks! I think it will be a little bit of work, but I agree that it would be the best way forward. So I'll attempt to start again with a fresh install. Really appreciate your help!
  2. So, would I replace that line with ${PWD:<my_password>}?
  3. Yes I have been upgrading for several years. I really appreciate the effort you've gone to to send me these commands, but would the best solution be to start again with a fresh install? It would be a lot of work on my part, but if it will give the best outcome?

  7. @djurny and @FredK, thank you so much. I am now updated and on Armbian 25.11.2! @djurny I used the quick workaround from here and then performed a full upgrade. I have now run nand-sata-install. Is there a way to ensure that that has run successfully? Also do I now remove the quick workaround from the /boot/armbianEnv.txt? @FredK I did need to run the commands that you provided the link to as I was getting the same public key error. Thank you so much to both of you!
  8. Thank you! I've been unable to give this a crack over the last couple of days, but I'm hoping to try this weekend. I'll post back here with how I go
  9. Thanks for responding @FredK! Is it possible this has been resolved now and I won't need to do anything? Or will I likely need to run the commands that @Igor listed in the post that you linked?
  10. Ok. This might have been caused by a partial update. Running OMV there is a script to run to update to the latest in that version - in my case v6. Once that completes successfully then I need to run a release update script which will increment the major version to 7. But I never got that far. So maybe if I do the quick workaround to get me onto the latest and then the correct U-Boot and bootscript will then be included as you said in the latest? Hope that all made sense 😁
  11. Yes, I did update… not sure why it’s not picking it up. If I go with the quick workaround, will the correct U-Boot get applied in future updates?

  13. Unfortunately I got the same error… Still says the error as below
  14. Thanks @djurny! So the only thing I should need to do after/when upgrading is to run nand-sata-install? The rest of it should be handled by the packages in the update?
  15. I can see that some patches have been developed and @Igor has merged these in, is there something in particular that I need to do in order to do a successful update/upgrade? Is this what I should be following?
  16. Hi @Igor, I'm attempting to update from OMV6 --> OMV7 and initially got the NO_PUBKEY error which I was able to resolve following the link that @Werner provided 🙂. I'm now getting the same unknown compression error as @binkerd dpkg-deb: error: archive '/var/cache/apt/archives/armbian-config_25.2.0-trunk.47.1118.163006_all.deb' uses unknown compression for member 'control.tar.zst', giving up dpkg: error processing archive /var/cache/apt/archives/armbian-config_25.2.0-trunk.47.1118.163006_all.deb (--unpack): dpkg-deb --control subprocess returned error exit status 2 Errors were encountered while processing: /var/cache/apt/archives/armbian-config_25.2.0-trunk.47.1118.163006_all.deb E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1) I followed your link to the stack exchange post, but I'm not sure what to do to fix the problem? Do I need to edit the apt/sources.list/ and apt/sources.list.d/? Thanks!
