hello? tech support? yea I think our call got disconnected, sorry about that. so anyway, I did what you told me. unplugged the internet box power thingy, internet line, unplugged keyboard, mouse, the computer power thing,  put everything back in the original boxes like you said, then unplugged the phone line. what was I supposed to do from there...?
