Seems your DTB is for vendor kernel so you have to use an rk356x image with 6.1.x kernel.

Success with amazingfate rockchip_ vdec2 activartion. Now I have a full multimedia Pc. Thanks to all involved.

Actually the kernel needs a dtb that is integrated in the UEFI EDK2 firmware and gives the dtb to the kernel EFI stub. If you are using a firmware for another SBC the dtb passed through is wrong.
Wait a minute.... I'm wrong. EDK2 gives it's own drivers to the kernel. The above is for UEFI U-BOOT.

Nothing you said is right. All works HDMI, GPU, 3D and VPU. You are right that your DTB is wrong nowadays but will work in legacy.
Full VPU will only work in legacy so It is the best for Kodi. Noone can play 4k with rk3566 with mainline. The goog thing is that legacy is 6.1 so is rather new but your DTB is for 4.19.

Have you booted multitool from sd card? If you can do that then you can with the correct u-boot.

IO voltages to the trash can, RTL will provide ....

Another idea
Change gmac1 to gmac0 in pinctrl-0

i made a change from "host" to "otg" in the first usb node, maybe fails because of that. Anyway, ethernet should be ok and have no more ideas. Can you check if rtl8211f is in the box?

I have realized that was using an rboxr2 dts that is diferent from yours because I had a previous file and was opening the wrong one. Because of this there is a voltage error that have mended. The usb nodes are different as well but havent changed anything because is causing fatal error. You can play with usb nodes if you want to.
I think this file should work with the right voltage but the "final" word is just a hope.
PD 4f-2d is the right timing.

All is correct, but you must not comment all you trials, just make efforts to solve.

@ewww Seems that you want to take the nightmare of playing with dts files. So this is your first exercise.
rk3566-box-demo_rboxr2_5.dtb reports that your ethernet is based in RTL8211F but doesnt work. Because we can guess that kernel identification is good, maybe the timing is wrong in 4.19 dts file. Apply the corect timing ( TX delay RX delay) to the board.

Here you have a dtb file that could work. Has the voltages suitable for your box. even the ethernet doesnt work properly without them. Maybe usbs dont work well because I dont manage them well enough.
Good luck

I have found bulk errors in rk3566-box-demo.dtb and managed to mend the file. I attached the one for x96_x6. I just copied from other dts files :X)
The errors were for usb ports, cpu ang gpu. Ethernet doesn't work in my box because also fails in android and don't know if it is a broken hardware phy.

I can confirm that rk3566 is fully supported from 6.0 The patch is from Piotr Oniszczuk. Will see a box- demo device tree in mainline kernel?
I have seen a distro kernel supporting a rk3566 TV box but this has not been reported to users.
