[Orange Pi3: booting stucks on "login" step]

Strange, but after I tried to boot from SD (it was not bootable, as discovered), OPI works as expected

Hello, problem is next: my Orange Pi 3 now can't get IP address from my router. To solve it, I've connected via USB-TTL and on step "login:" it totally  stucks and doesn't response for keyboard.

What variants do I have, except reinstall OS? :)
