  1. I just needed to insert the sd card and power the device. Where did you see the button? 🙈
  2. Does it show a heartbeat on the front LEDs? If not,try flashing the SD,again. First I wrote the image as downloaded on SD card (raw mode). That didn't work nor did Etcher give me a negative feedback.Using the windows tool Mini Tool@Partition Wizard you can see if there are several volumes on the sd card.If not, you're doing it wrong. Never had any issues with Allwinner,Broadcom,Rockchip... Also I noticed I have to connect the WAN port and not LAN. Else you won't get proper access via DHCP. Which image did you use? On the Nanopi R5C wiki there's a downloadlink to a gdrive.
  3. What a pity....didn't work wget -O - https://github.com/OpenMediaVault-Plugin-Developers/installScript/raw/master/install | sudo bash results in: This system is running a desktop environment! Please use a Lite version of the image or do not choose to install a desktop environment. This install is not supported. Search the forum for more info - https://forum.openmediavault.org Exiting... Why aren'T you using OMV anymore?
  4. Hi, just got a Nanopi R5C (waiting for an RPi for more than a year, yet...) but I couldn't find any headless images for this little box. There's an official debian-image available running LDXE, but open media vault isn't able to run on an Desktop linux... Any chances there will be support for the Nano Pi R5C / Rockchip RK3568B2? btw: can't choose R5C or just 'others' from the drop-down when creating a new post...
  5. Waiting for a RPi4 since Dec'21. So I just ordered the Nanopi R5C (which arrived by today). But it looks like there is no ARMbian for it, right now. Might it be compatible with another ARMbian image? Maybe the one for Nanoopii R5S?
  6. My Nanopi R5C just arrived. Might the R5S-images work on this SoC? As it's the same CPU I hope to get an ARMbian for it, soon
  7. Asking the same question in the OMV forum, the suggestion is Odroid HC4, which uses an Amlogic S905X3. So what's your opinion about the Amlogic-SoCs?
  8. Hi, as I would like to replace my old Banana Pi M1, I wonder which SoC I should use. I'd like to spend maximum 100€. What's the newest supported SoC which is right now available? Already orderes a Raspberry Pi 4 Gb 9 month ago....but still no idea when it'll be delivered. As I really like ARMbian and OpenMediaVault, I'd like to stick with it. I'd like to have at least a quadcore, gigabit-lan and 2-4GB ram.
