  1. Hello all, If i detach battery all works ok. With attached battery system reboots instead of shutting down. Anyone experiencing this issue again with 5.4.21 kernel? Is there a workaround to solve it, maybe in u-boot or somewhere else? Armbian 20.05.0-trunk built from source Thank you
  2. its "de" in DT. you can comment/remove &de { status = "okay"; }; in dt so the i2c hdmi adapter will not be initialized or you can use aliases to define i2c buses like aliases { i2c0 = &i2c0; i2c1 = &i2c1; i2c2 = &i2c2; i2c3 = &i2c3; }; so the i2c hdmi adapter will be named i2c-4
  3. Hi all, as in title, gpio not work on latest Lime2 5.59 built from source using mainline 4.14.70 kernel and debian stretch. I can export correctly the gpios in sysfs but i cant get the right value. They always remain the same value. I've tried both pulled up and internal pulled up (active low) gpios with the same result. Also gpio buttons defined in dtc do not work. Any idea?

  7. Hello zador, what should i change in boot.scr in order to boot mainline instead of legacy kernel?
  8. I've taken a look there but i'm not able to enable both i2s output and mic1 input. No one tried it yet?
  9. Hi, anyone used this driver with success on A20 legacy? This is what i get: Seems that it can load ethernet and mass storage without problem but it fails on serial. If I run g_serial alone it works: Any ideas?
  10. Hi, tried to set custom MAC in script.bin (dynamic section) and in armbianEnv.txt (ethaddr=XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX) but without success. I'm on armbian 5.25 cubietruck legacy xenial. Any help?
  11. thank you Zador. Another question: where to set gmac mac address? I want to use a mac address different than the one generated from system. I tried to pot it in the fex under "dynamic" section but nothing changed.
  12. Hi, which is the correct way to add additional bootargs using /boot/armbianEnv.txt ? Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.
  13. Hi, is there a way to replace the default fex for a board with a custom one somewhere in userpatches in order to mantain source lib updateability? Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you Sorry, i did not see it
  14. boot is ok. but i found 2 problems: 1 - /sys/bus/platform/devices/sunxi_usb_udc/otg_role does not exist. 2 - g_mass_storage does not mount any drive (i've tried both emmc and sd-card). If i load g_mass_storage inside armbian it works as expected. i've tried to run it manually inside busybox but nothing happens. Any suggestion? EDIT: I've found that g_mass_storage module did not exist in initramfs. Added in /etc/initramfs-tools/modules. All works great!
  15. @zador I suppose i have to change also with correct memory addresses, right?
  16. can you point me to how to add the script to initrd?
  17. @zador how did you build uinitrd and zimage? I would try to build them for A20...
  18. Hi all, any advice to enable i2s audio in mainline kernel? I'm on 5.23 cubietruck mainline v4.8.6. Cant find any reference to write DTS...any help would be appreciated. Thank you
  19. Hi. I'd want to set a custom MAC address to my cb2. I set the static mac address in u-boot environment variable ethaddr. If i print the environment (with "printenv command" i find it right there but when the system starts and i go through ifconfig i can see eth0 has a different MAC. Any suggestion on how to get MAC from u-boot? I'm on Armbian 5.20 legacy kernel. Thank you
