Want to know if some one succeded compiling ffmpeg with hw acceleration?
Actually I'm looking for board which is good for Home Media Server with support for transcoding 1080p(4k? if any can) with good fps (24+)
Already tried rpi3 results are not that good as i want 13fps for 720p x264 Hi10 5Mb/s bitrate=> 720p x264 5Mb/s bitrate
So i think 1080p will be much slower.  Do you think orange pi prime can handle this type of tasks well?
 

I've build ffmpeg from sources with suport for hw acceleration for h264 for rpi3
It is not possible to achive same for plex because their Plex Transcoder is modified ffmpeg. And sources are closed...
