    h3 nat

Hi, I'm using the very latest armbian build fpr orangepi+, and i'm trying to nat the network from a wireless interface to another wireless interface. My own LAN works, dns server works too, so i can connect to the orangepi+ but i can't make nat working. Is there some known issue about it, or a custom tutorial for nat with this build? thanks for help

  4. hi, I made a program on Orange pi minus (kernel 3.X)using wpa_supplicant for wifi direct. That worked fine (basically). But i have been asked to do it on Orange pi plus with Kernel 4.9. The wifi works when i using nmtui, but when i made a iw list i couldn't find my material and i am not able to configure P2P. I think the problem is the kernel version and not the Hardware because my card with kernel 3.X works on orange pi pc plus. So i am a bit lost, what can i do ? My guest is to modify the realtek module ? I am not sure if i am on the right direction... Thanks, Ps: Sorry for my english.

  9. Hi, I tryied a few times to run a RT kernel I built from https://github.com/igorpecovnik/lib as discribed in Armbian documentation and as in https://forum.armbian.com/index.php/topic/1950-orange-pi-pc-plus-armbian-guitarix-guitar-effectprocessor/page-2#entry16460. When executing compile.sh script it patch nice and good, then asks for Preemption Model and I chose 5 for Full Realtime. But when running the kernel into OrangePi it stucks in Starting Kernel. U-boot output: I am not choosing 1-4 for preemption model because I don't know if it will end up as an realtime kernel. The update from the older kernel to the rt one was done by dpkg -i on the deb files from the output/deb folder generated by Igor Pecovnik's scripts.
  10. Hi everyone, i've been building a new distirbution based on armbian 5.2 server, on it has been compilled freepbx 13 and asterisk 13, i've added a webmin frontend for server management. It's my first apportation, i'm not a pro, but i wanted to share it with the community. The password for root is: "Armbian" The password for the user admin on freepbx is: "admin" In order to mount the image you need at least a 8gb sd card Here is the link to the download: https://mega.nz/#!eZ1gCKKY!UguIUAi-xa6K6iXXj37EZPFedgzCPdnSEQDBuoT3xRo (remember this image is for orange pi plus)* Finally, if you want to resize the partition toget all the space available on your disk, use this command: update.rc firstrun defaults Well, thanks for reading, and i hope it can be of some use to all of us.

  17. Hi, I'm Olivier, french engineer, and i have bought an orangepi plus card in april. I use linux (x86) since 1994 Sorry for my bad english ... I was happy to find Armbian because linux images provided by xunlong have many security problems (example / and all system directory aren't owned by root but by orangepi user). Thank for your work on Armbian. My Orangepi + has been installed with a 5.10 armbian image (Armbian_5.10_Orangepiplus_Debian_jessie_3.4.112) and run perfectly. I wanted upgrade to 5.20 and since the card doesn't boot anymore. I can boot with the native android on NAND memory but I can't boot on SDcard. When I boot on sdcard, only green led is on (not red led) and I don't have any display on my HDMI screen. I can restore my sdcard image back up with v5.10 and boot again, the card is OK for me. I followed the upgrade documentation to pass from v5.10 to v5.20 : apt-get update apt-get upgrade apt-get install -f apt-get upgrade apt-get autoremove -y and i had an error message during first apt-get upgrade : /boot/initrd.img-3.4.112-sun8i does not exist. Cannot update. I can mount the sdcard on my linux box (an archlinux) and list directories without problem : on my sdcard image backup (v5.10), in /boot I have : Any idea ? here is the all message of upgrade process :
  18. Hi. My platform is Orange Pi Plus. I connected SATA HDD and installed Armbian. Using nand-sata-install I created the following scenario: boot from SD, system on SATA. I also installed lighttpd. Several days everything works fine and than: ...file system on the root filesystem failed … rebooting automatically due to panic= boot argument... After that the PC just reboots constantly and I can do anything. The only solution I found is to repeat the process of boot SD creation. But after that I need to install everything again. All this I already did for several times... What maybe the reason of this error? Can I exclude the SD card and use eMMC instead? Is there anything I can try in this situation? Thanks.
  19. Hi dear. I have some question about orangepi plus. I am using orangepi+ and The latest Armbian Debian Version was installed in emmc. and i have some BLE Module. but, when i add my module to gpio pin, i can see I/O Error..but it's not always, somtimes there is no error. and when i boot orangepi-plus, it is PULL-UP state. i don't know this reason, how can change default gpio pull-up or pull-down state? or you have some idea? thanks
  20. Hello, I'm trying to boot an Orange Pi Plus with Armbian 5.20, and it does not work. I've already check that both OPi and my sdcard work fine, because I can flash and boot the images on orangepi.org site. Besides, I checked how u-boot starts with both Armbian and "debian server" orangepi.org image (both attached)
  21. Hello, I have an Orange Pi+ 2 and Orange Pi+ 2e. I use Armbian, updated to 5.20 with these commands: sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get upgrade so I rebooted and can't start. What can I do? Thanks
  22. First of all ('Boring' alert!): outstanding job with the new updates. It must be lonely at the top. Kudos! Then (just curious!): is there any particular reason known that the amount of memory is an issue for GLshim? Then secondly: I do have an orange pi + (H3, 1 GB memory, Mali400)... according to the changelog GLShim is not in... For me it does not make sense... Regards, Makama80
  23. Hi, I'm Rosario and I'm a new Armbian follower. I liked it. After months using my OPI Plus2 with Ubuntu Jessie Loboris image (and installed it also on emmc) I decided to install Armbian. I need to say last time I installed OS on emmc I received an error. Erase was fine but copy of last jessie Image no. After that I Installed Armbian Image with no problem and after some reboot OS run up fine. I downloaded last Armbian Image (3.4.112 kernel version). Now, when I try to use emmc I receive some error. First of all seems it's missing. I see only mmcblko (my SD card). emmc doesn't exists: root@orangepiplus:~# cat /proc/partitions major minor #blocks name 179 0 60530688 mmcblk0 179 1 60529664 mmcblk0p1 Running nand-sata-install.sh I receive error saying No emmc found. I connected UART cable to see if POST log error. Seems emmc is OK but I don't know why kernel doesn't use it. Attached Some UART log. Can someone help to understand if emmc is broken or I'm wrong in some point. Thanks in advance OrangePIPlus2-UART.txt
