phase1 Posted June 15, 2019 Posted June 15, 2019 I have a Digital Signage Kiosk with Android 7.1.2. It somehow got stuck on boot screen the second day I recieved it. I can put it in recovery mode but there are no power or volume buttons to do the factory reset.

chwe Posted June 19, 2019 Posted June 19, 2019 the 3 pins near to the left corner look like an UART (RX/TX/GND) I would gave those a try, in case you've no further schematics/infos.. to see if you get some sort of a bootlog.
