Jaroslav Posted October 1, 2019 Posted October 1, 2019 (edited) Hello, is booting SPI + NVME supported on RockPro64? If I use armbian-config and installing system SPI + NVME will not boot the system. When using SD (mmc) + NVME is OK. SPI + USB also OK. Thank you for your help. Edited October 1, 2019 by Jaroslav
Rampouch Posted December 28, 2019 Posted December 28, 2019 Ahoj Jardo, povedlo se ti donutit system aby nabootoval z NVME disku, bez přítomnosti SD nebo EMMC ? Díky, Petr
piter75 Posted December 28, 2019 Posted December 28, 2019 AFAIK there is currently no driver for Rockchip's PCIE controller in u-boot and that's why booting from SPI/NVMe does not work. There is some work by Radxa in their own fork of Rockchip's u-boot but the support for booting from NVMe is still limited at the moment: https://wiki.radxa.com/Rockpi4/FAQs#What_M.2_SSD_are_supported.3F
