I have Orange Pi PC plus. When I install Jessie Desktop it doesn't start desktop and only runs command prompt. Tell me how to start Desktop

Did you follow the instructions in "command prompt"? First change root password, add new user, eventually change display resolution and restart. Then Desktop will start.
