Wifi not loading

Hi, I have an 5.9.0 arm 64 installed on my x96 mini. 905w soc. Wifichip 5061. Wifi in not loading. I have in lib/firmware a ssv5061.bin and cfg. Need help in loading the module. When I write modprobe 5061 it returns module not found in directory lib/modules/5.9.0-arm-64. Please help,
