Orange Pi 3 - Videos in KODI are slow

After installing the Bullseye version in the Orange PI3, I launched the Kodi installation. The videos however are in slow motion, with the audio at normal speed. Are there any codecs missing? The video driver?

Maybe you don't have hardware acceleration enabled? What's the output of 

glxinfo | grep render

It's expected to have something like "Panfrost".

If you want video decoding acceleration to work on Kodi with Allwinner SoCs, you need gbm version of Kodi (e.g. without desktop running) and patched version of ffmpeg (I don't think that's provided on Armbian).

Quick solution is to use LibreELEC... Currently a lot of patching is needed to make HW decoding work with Kodi, but fortunately, most of the patches are getting upstreamed, only outlier for now is ffmpeg.
