Cubox-i4 Pro 60+ seconds startup when wifi only

When cubox is configured to run wifi, it takes 60+ seconds for it to start up with no network cable plugged in.  Where as when I plug in a network cable to the network port it will start up under 10 seconds.

Alter network configuration. Either use bonding or simply comment out eth0.
