pe4tor Posted November 14, 2022 Share Posted November 14, 2022 I am trying to use the s905x on the Le Potato board to encode a 1080p video to stream via RTSP. Using software, the video is encoded anywhere in between the 5-7fps range. I want to use the hardware encoder that is available on the chip but I haven't been able to find any libraries that let me use the hardware on this specific board. I have tried installing the Mali-450 GPU drivers here (https://wiki.debian.org/MaliGraphics) but no luck. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Da Xue Posted November 23, 2022 Share Posted November 23, 2022 The hardware video encoder is not supported in anything but Android or the buildroot BSP.
