Kaffu Theine Posted December 24, 2022 Posted December 24, 2022 So, im trying to fix the RTL8822CS from chewitt by myself now its work with kernel 6.0.15 yeah its looks ugly & messy, but its works If you want to try the driver just tell me....
dkaugust Posted December 26, 2022 Posted December 26, 2022 Hi @Kaffu Theine can you share the source code, i'll do the test on my board, thanks 1
Kaffu Theine Posted December 26, 2022 Author Posted December 26, 2022 @dkaugust here is my driver source GIT REPO
SteeMan Posted December 26, 2022 Posted December 26, 2022 I believe the driver for this is already in the Armbian builds with the exception of the meson64-edge kerne, and I think that is an oversight and I have a question in to confirm.
Kaffu Theine Posted December 26, 2022 Author Posted December 26, 2022 @SteeMan okay, i'll try to updating my armbian, thanks for the info. Because im using armbian with 6.0.15 kernel, its not there already
Kaffu Theine Posted December 26, 2022 Author Posted December 26, 2022 @SteeMan can i just replace the kernel? Or i need to reflash the full image?
SteeMan Posted December 27, 2022 Posted December 27, 2022 What box do you have, and what download do you have installed?
Kaffu Theine Posted December 27, 2022 Author Posted December 27, 2022 X96 Max Plus, that one from ophub github
SteeMan Posted December 27, 2022 Posted December 27, 2022 You are not using armbian. You are using a build from a site that is a fork of armbian and uses the armbian name without permission. You need to ask your questions at the site you downloaded your software from since we can't help you here.
