Dartee
Hello, I'm using Armbian on a Orangepi PC with retrorangepi (retrostone2). When i'm in retrorangepi, the sound is great but as soon as i launch a rom, it's total silence. I don't have sound on armbian desktop neither... Does anybody have a clue? Thanks for your help. Retroorangepi is a third party distribution. Moved to Software, Applications, Userspace.
SteeMan
Since you aren't using Armbian, you really should direct your question to the retrorangepi forums
Dartee
Sorry if I failed to explain my problem, but I do not have any sound when I'm using armbian on the armbian's desktop. Playing music, using Kodi, or navigating on the internet are part of my project. I choose retrostone2 because it can do all those things and also play retrogaming. I definitely should have choose a better name for my topic! If you need hardware informations, tell me.
SteeMan
Providing logs with armbianmonitor -u helps with troubleshooting and significantly raises chances that issue gets addressed.
Dartee
I ran the line and here is what i got pedro@RetrOrangePi:~$ armbianmonitor -u Network/firewall problem detected. Not able to upload debug info. Please fix this or use "-U" instead and upload whole output manually System diagnosis information will now be uploaded to /usr/bin/armbianmonitor: line 385: read: read error: 0: Invalid argument /usr/bin/armbianmonitor: line 386: [: -ge: unary operator expected /usr/bin/armbianmonitor: line 385: read: read error: 0: Invalid argument /usr/bin/armbianmonitor: line 386: [: -ge: unary operator expected /usr/bin/armbianmonitor: line 385: read: read error: 0: Invalid argument /usr/bin/armbianmonitor: line 386: [: -ge: unary operator expected /usr/bin/armbianmonitor: line 385: read: read error: 0: Invalid argument /usr/bin/armbianmonitor: line 386: [: -ge: unary operator expected /usr/bin/armbianmonitor: line 385: read: read error: 0: Invalid argument /usr/bin/armbianmonitor: line 386: [: -ge: unary operator expected /usr/bin/armbianmonitor: line 385: read: read error: 0: Invalid argument /usr/bin/armbianmonitor: line 386: [: -ge: unary operator expected /usr/bin/armbianmonitor: line 385: read: read error: 0: Invalid argument /usr/bin/armbianmonitor: line 386: [: -ge: unary operator expected /usr/bin/armbianmonitor: line 385: read: read error: 0: Invalid argument /usr/bin/armbianmonitor: line 386: [: -ge: unary operator expected /usr/bin/armbianmonitor: line 385: read: read error: 0: Invalid argument /usr/bin/armbianmonitor: line 386: [: -ge: unary operator expected /usr/bin/armbianmonitor: line 385: read: read error: 0: Invalid argument /usr/bin/armbianmonitor: line 386: [: -ge: unary operator expected sysctl: permission denied on key 'vm.mmap_rnd_bits' sysctl: permission denied on key 'vm.stat_refresh' Please post the URL in the forum where you've been asked for.
