Impossible first boot opi5 4GB v1.2

Tried 5 diferrent microSD cards, 3 card readers, multiple redownloads on Mac and Windows. Diferrent power supplies, including 100W charger and 52pi EP-0136 direct 5v supply.
No green LED, no LAN communication, no HDMI output.
Everything i get is in log (via UART)
Please help... i've got no more ideas.

if everything fails, maskrom is the last resort. look in manual for maskrom steps. theres also a recovery button u can try

Same problem, and same logs.

I did maskrom but the error is the same.

maskrom needs two files loader I used: "rk3588_spl_loader_v1.08.111.bin" and image file I used "rock-5b-spi-image-g49da44e116d.img". Is it right?

I have used manual from https://wiki.radxa.com/Rock5/install/spi
An i switched from microSDXC to microsdHC 32Gb U1

To switch official RKDevTool_Release_v2.96 to English 
edit config.ini
change language to "2" like that:

Selected=2

 

Option 3: Erase with Windows PC

Before Erasing, please confirm that ROCK 5B is in maskrom mode

Step 1: Download

Choose the "Advanced features" button, then select rk3588_spl_loader_v1.08.111.bin, next click the "Download" button

Step 2: Erase all

Click the "erase all" button

Step 3: Reboot device

Yes - i've managed to start up the system, moved it to NVMe. armbian-install helped, but didn't made it. 
Now my new struggling is that i don't have "Hardware" menu in my armbian-config )
