boot problem (started LSB: set CPUFreq kernel parameters)

Hi i am using Orangepiplus and armbian 5.20 debian jessise.

but i have problem.

somtime it's stopped

Point is

  => started LSB: set CPUFreq kernel parameters

 or

 => starting LSB: set CPUFreq kernel parameters,

 

so i adjust boot clock using /boot/script.fex

 

 

=> boot_clock : 1080 -> 1180

      

and

 

=> boot_clock : 1080 -> 980

 

but it's failed.

 

help me please. (i try to reboot command, 100sec (repeat))
