Gary Hawes Posted June 28, 2023 Share Posted June 28, 2023 AdHi all , I'm new here but have just been given 2 X TV boxes and am hopeful one or both might work for Armbian but I don't know what I've got or where to start to be honest 😆. One box says T8 on top and underneath Smart TV BOX quad core T8 V3 S/N 052014120002441 This one is in a solid metal case . SteeMan Posted June 28, 2023 Share Posted June 28, 2023 First read this: Then you need to google and find out what CPU your box is using (note many boxes have the same/similar names), so start by finding boxes that look like yours and see if you can find spec listings that tell you the cpu. If that doesn't help, opening the box and looking at the physical chips.
