Can't remove image building directory

I was trying to build an image for my Banan Pi. While I running script there was an connection error occured on downloading components. now I can't remove the directory. When I try to remove I'm getting this error:

 

rm: cannot remove ‘sources/linux-sunxi/drivers/video/fbtft’: Device or resource busy

 

How can I remove this directory?

 

"lsof" is telling the directory might be deleted

 

lsof +D sources/

lsof: WARNING: can't stat() ext4 file system sources/linux-sunxi/drivers/video/fbtft (deleted)

      Output information may be incomplete.

This source is bind mounted to kernel sources. If it hangs by some reason ... rather reboot and than remove those sources. 

 

They will download once again.
