For the BTF thing either give the vm more memory (>8G), disable or enforce it as mentioned in the image and risk getting OOM killed. 0 Quote

Rodrigo Campos Posted Friday at 01:32 PM Posted Friday at 01:32 PM @Alfi ciio, did you try to change the PRETTY_NAME on os-release file? It should be "Debian GNU/Linux 12 (bookworm)" to install HA Supervisor 0 Quote

There’s a new patch for dram detection Hi @Nick A, sorry my late answer. I can't directly use your image, because my box is that boot-secure. I need to compile it every time I want to update, so my last build have about 4 months, but I think that time it just have a "new patch for dram" unless have a other new dram patch. Anyway, I'll try to build it again to try. If you have any additional tip to this, I'll appreciate. Thanks again for all your efforts. 0 Quote
Nick A Posted Friday at 02:13 PM Posted Friday at 02:13 PM @Rodrigo Campos the patch is less then three months old. If you need secure boot i have the steps here. You just need to edit the defconfig patch for the board you are using. 0 Quote
Rodrigo Campos Posted Friday at 07:38 PM Posted Friday at 07:38 PM (edited) 5 hours ago, Nick A said: If you need secure boot i have the steps here Yes, you already teach me how to make a patch to use secure boot and it works fine. Anyway, the ram patch didn't work. I build a new image now and it still shows only 2GB instead of 4GB. Maybe I miss a step to apply this patch?. The strange thing is that u-boot shows 4GB, than kernel shows 2GB in boot log. Even with a half of memory it works very well. Edited Friday at 07:39 PM by Rodrigo Campos 0 Quote
Nick A Posted Friday at 10:30 PM Posted Friday at 10:30 PM @Rodrigo Campos The patch is only for uboot and it’s already in my newer builds. I guess there’s an issue with the kernel. 0 Quote

Rodrigo Campos Posted Monday at 02:20 AM Posted Monday at 02:20 AM Thanks again @Nick A, I already did it, the file I got, cant understood well, and there are very low information about dram, just 3 params dram {phandle = <0x7a>;}; vcc-dram = <0x04>; dram = "/dram"; dtb.0.dts 0 Quote
Rodrigo Campos Posted Monday at 02:54 AM Posted Monday at 02:54 AM Ok, maybe I made a mistake before. I tried with an no secure-boot .img file and it give a long list of DRAM params and I put it in the file below. But I don't know What I can do with it... I will appreciate your help. Thanks. Nick A Posted Monday at 08:55 PM Posted Monday at 08:55 PM (edited) Not sure which board you are using but if you look at the u-boot defconfig file you will see the dram config in there. https://github.com/NickAlilovic/build/blob/v20250306/patch/u-boot/u-boot-h616/171-add-x98h-defconfig.patch The row with h616 is your dram config settings Edited Monday at 09:06 PM by Nick A 0 Quote
