rkisp1 module is not compiled in the current/edge kernels

I am trying to get a RPi camera (imx219) working on a RockPI 4C. I have been piecing together DTS files from various places trying to make sense of it, and I noticed that the rkisp kernel module isn't compiled on the Rockchip64 kernels. Is there a reason for this or am I missing something?

 

Looking at the kernel menuconfig, only one of its dependencies isn't compiled: `V4L_PLATFORM_DRIVERS=n`.
