Error with this command: sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade -y

I am trying to update my Banana Pi M64:

but when I run this command:

I get these errors:

and the update is a noop.  What do I need to fix this?

Try importing updated keys from Debian, similar to this:
