"Brazil's telecoms regulator Anatel claims that during an operation last week, it successfully blocked around 80% of pirate 'TV boxes' in the country. Estimates from early 2023 suggest that seven million were active in Brazil."

Maybe they could be re-purposed to run Armbian /s

the fact that there are so many android devices being sold to watch Streaming Bullshit.
if this devices were used correctly it could be more useful like web browsing or learning W3s.
