Banana PI M2+ no USB 2.0 with external HDD

Hello,

 

my external USB3.0 HDD is only recognized with USB 1.1.

what can i do to get the HDD work with USB 2.0?

i have changed the power supply but the problem still persists.

 

But i get it work 1 times.

 

i think the problem is the hdd is not ready fast enough. The external USB HDD spin up if they get connected through USB.

 

How can i reset the usb hdd with the shell?

 

or is it possible to use a delay to bind the usb devices?
