Can you be more specific?  Having the system information for the working system would be necessary to understand your situation and the differences between working and not working.

I ran sudo apt-get update and sudo apt-get full-upgrade just before creating this topic.

But we need to know what you upgraded from.

I upgraded from the image of August or July this year. Since then, I kept running apt-get update/full-upgrade/dist-upgrade once in a while.

Did you do anything special for your original install?  What dtb file did you use?

I would suggest rolling back to an older Linux kernel to see if the issue is there (use armbian-config)
