Security Question: SSH Keys

Hi,

I use a armbian image from https://dl.armbian.com/bananapi/ for my bananapi. 

Are the private keys in /etc/ssh/ generated on first boot of my bananapi or are they in the image, so everyone with the same image got the same keys?
