[Rock64] always stuck at a UTMP prompt during startup even the first time starting

Armbian version: Armbian_5.65_Rock64_Ubuntu_bionic_default_4.4.162

the stuck prompt message:

rock64 login: [OK] Started Update UTMP about System Runlevel changes.

 

I MUST press enter key to continue the startup progress, please help me to fix the bug.
