5v 2a phone charger dude

I am use  a phone charger to power my Orange pi lite and u-boot show freeze in "dram".

Is phone charger the problem?

Or other thing

Now I am using a opi lite 5v 3a for powering and the same

My first reaction to this, did you follow this recommendation Etcher and if it still not works did you check the SDcard: https://docs.armbian.com/User-Guide_Getting-Started/#how-to-prepare-a-sd-card
