thank you @mantabernd for this hint with 1500000 bit/s
I added this to ap6212-bluetooth and it works I'm able to stream audio to OPI Zero Plus 2 H3 via Bluetooth
# Start patching rfkill unblock all echo "0" > /sys/class/rfkill/rfkill0/state echo "1" > /sys/class/rfkill/rfkill0/state echo " " > /dev/$PORT hciattach /dev/$PORT bcm43xx 1500000 flow bdaddr $MAC_OPTIONS hciconfig hci0 up

I have exactly the same problem on Orange Pi Zero Plus 2 H3 (the same Broadcom AP6212a)
phone is connected via bluetooth, in pulse I can see it as A2DP source but the audio is cut off each and every secondin my case I'm not using I2S - so it is not related with I2S but with bluetooth or pulse
Any idea how to fix this is appreciated.
thanks

Yes, downgrade is the only option so far,
below link to the bug:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/chromium-browser/+bug/1702633

It is definitely problem in the new chromium.
But no fix/solution so far. The workaround that I'm using:
1. on the fresh armbian before apt update && apt upgrade
2. sudo apt install synaptic
3. in synaptic lock the current chromium version (58.0.3029.110-0ubuntu0.16.04.1281)4. apt update && apt upgrade

I have the same problem,
on the fresh Armbian the chrome-browser works OK
but after the apt update && apt upgrade I can't start chromium anymoretested on OPI PC+ and on OPI Zero Plus H3
3 hours ago, Igor said:If this is so, I would suggest rolling this package back
any clue how to do this "rolling back"?
thx

Hi,
thanks to this tutorial:
I was able to add optical S/PDIF module to my orange pi zero plus 2 h3 - It works
But I noticed the the every time when a sound is played it causes the SPDIF output on the OPI to initialise (switch on the red light) which takes about 1-2 seconds, after the sound has finished the SPDIF output goes back to sleep (switch off the red light).
As a result on every new audio that is played the first 1-2 second is lost off
This is not a problem if I'm listening radio but in case of quick phrases spoken by the synthesizer(my case) this is a real problem. Is there any way to keep S/PDIF output ON between sounds?

recently I installed the Ubuntu Desktop on Orange Pi Zero 2+ H3
the Orange Pi Zero 2+ H3 device has only one micro USB OTG port
during the first Armbian installation this port should be in dual mode -> power of course and in my opinion the second mode should be a HID gadget (g_hid)
in this case we will be able to plug the keyboard via some micro USB hub and setup the system
unfortunately this doesn't work like this and right now the installation process isn't so ease
now the questions begins -> is it possible? Any clue how to do this?
Thx
PS
I was able to do the installation because I have Orange Pi Zero Expansion board which is compatible with Orange Pi Zero Plus 2 H3 (confirmed with Xunlong)

I'm writing this post from Orange Pi Zero 2+ H3 so it works
I downloaded the desktop image from "other download options and archive"
In my opinion the Ubuntu desktop – legacy kernel can be added to the "Orange Pi Zero 2+ H3" download page
During the installation I had only one problem with USB OTG - I will describe it in detail in separate thread.PS
I'm traing to switch the device in my project from OPiPC+ to PPiZero2+H3(because of the bluetooth and small size) I will share the experiences. Thanks again @Igor the Armbian is awesome!

ARMBIAN for Amlogic S905 and S905X (ver 5.44 =<)

Hi,
impressive , thanks@balbes150
I briefly tested the Armbian_5.37_S9xxx_Debian_stretch_3.14.29_xfce_20171226.img.xz on W95(S905W) Box with 1/8G
It really works!
of course I have 3 minor problems
1. WIFI driver for SSV6051P
in W95 the wifi chip is SSV6051P
this chip is supported in the newest LibreELEC, and the drivers source code is here https://kszaq.libreelec.tv/sources/
(thanks to kszaq)
How I can add this WIFI driver to Armbian S9xxx?
2. Install to eMMC (NAND)
I try the
./install.sh
and
nand_sata_install
and
armbian-config ...
all is done but the system is not starting from eMMC, only from SD card
Is tere anything else I should do/copy to be able to start it from eMMC without SD card?
3. Sinks in Pulse
this device has 3 audio output (analog, spdif, hdmi)
but in the pulse I can see only one sink, the audio output is hdmi device
Is there any way to add the rest of the devices?
Any advice how to fix these issues?
Thx
