Opi Zero: wvdial can't connect to GSM modem

I'm trying to setup serial GSM module, but wvdial/wvdialconf can't connect to modem:

WvModem<*1>: Cannot set information for serial port

 

Manual communication (from screen, minicom) is ok, modem responds to all AT comands.

Seems like wvdial can't set right baud rate or other parameters

Armbian consist from hundreds/thousands of libraries and programs which are developed by hundreds of thousands of developers. Reach out to the one(s) that deal with the application you think it doesn't work. Hardware specific forums (where Armbian people play around) "only" deal with the interface between hardware and operating system.

This problem is generic. Moving to appropriate section.
