ShedDweller Posted May 8, 2019 Posted May 8, 2019 New user here Quick question re: the "Install to eMMC" script detailed in the getting started guide here: https://docs.armbian.com/User-Guide_Getting-Started/#how-to-install-to-emmc-nand-sata-usb Does it put a fresh install of Armbian onto the eMMC? or Does it move the configured install from the SD card to the eMMC? The situation is that I have a live home server which is in use by the family all the time but is playing up a little so i was going to re-install it. Rather than take it offline and configure the board all in one go which would take a while. I wondered if i could boot from a new SD card and configure it as needed (over a few sessions) and then run the install to emmc script to move the new config to the emmc on the board. Thanks
