Rock64 - selecting internal vs enternal PHY

How do you control which PHY the Rock64 is going to use? 

 

Android 9 is available for Rock64 now,

But it is configured to use the internal PHY and I need to change it over to the external one.

Is this controlled in the DTS or someplace else?

This would be my guess, but I've not tried to change anything involving the PHY, so that's all I can say.
