Helloworld application in C++

Hi,

I wish to develop simple applications on Armbian using C++ language. Is there any guide available on how to compile and link (build) applications for Armbian.  Or any other link which would help me to start the development?

Perhaps this will help you to start: https://docs.armbian.com/#what-is-armbian. Armbian is Debian derivative and general Debian documentation/how-to's will (mostly) work out perfectly fine. Virtually for anything but hardware special things.
