A quick howto for Orange Pi GPIO with WiringPi Python

Hey I managed to get the WiringOP libraries to build with the Python WiringPi libraries on my OPI One.     I wrote up a quick gist and made a dinky fork to save some people some time:

Works great thanks One thing I had to do differently was install swig2.0 instead of just swig, not sure if this is because I'm using ubuntu server or something? Working great apart from that.
