Delay loading USB drivers

Hi,

Is it possible to delay loading USB drivers ?

I don't want it to be loaded at the boot but after a few seconds after it for some reasons.

No, you are trying to solve the wrong problem (XY Problem).

 

We already determined in your other thread that the problem is power related. So, focus on that.
