Hi,

I have found a problem when I reboot my NanoPi Neo, related to WiFi + BL device which is plugged in USB 2.0 port. The WiFi device is a Realtek 8821cu and system loads driver correctly when I do a cold boot or if I hot-plug it, but it fails in a warm boot. After doing many tests, I realized that if I plug the WiFI dongle in a non-powered USB 2.0 hub and I connect this latter to the NanoPi Neo's USB 2.0 port, then it also works.

I don't have anymore idea to solve it. The 8821cu driver fails because WiFi device shows itself like powered down.
