Wifi printer does not print on Orange Pi 3 H6

Hello,

 

I use an Orange Pi 3 H6 with Armbian 20.05.2 Buster (5.8.0-sunxi64)

 

The wifi has been configured as host. A Canon Selphy CP1200 printer has been connected to it.

 

When I launch a print, the task is created, appears in progress for a time, then an error message indicates the printer does not answer.

 

The printer works fine when connected by usb but it is more easy for me to connect it through wifi.

 

Can somebody help me please ?

Did you try using a different access point and connect both the board and the printer as normal clients?

Since this is most likely a userspace issue moved to p2p help.
