Pedro Teixeira Posted September 7, 2020 Posted September 7, 2020 Hi, I'd like to install to USB storage as the eMMC card I have is quite small. As stated in the documentation https://docs.armbian.com/User-Guide_Getting-Started/#how-to-install-to-emmc-nand-sata-usb It appears to be quite simple but my question is, I already have everything installed and running, with the software I need etc. Will this pose an issue or should I re-flash and do it straight away? Thanks!
Werner Posted September 7, 2020 Posted September 7, 2020 You should make a backup of your current system in any case so there is not much to loose if you run into issues.
Pedro Teixeira Posted September 7, 2020 Author Posted September 7, 2020 Thanks, I will do so. But do you know if the process should "in theory" mess up with anything? Honestly, I only have docker and loads of containers running, that's pretty much it.
Werner Posted September 7, 2020 Posted September 7, 2020 I never had a chance to use the script myself but I did not hear much bad things about it. So I guess it will be try'n'error like it is often with ARM stuff .
