How to install Arabian Focal onto the eMMC?

I have a NanoPc T4 that I use to control an astronomical observatory.  

I successfully installed Focal on an SD card and it boots perfectly.

 

But now I want to know how can I install Arabian onto the eMMC chip?

I'm not a programmer, but can follow basic instructions.

 

If this is possible, any help would be appreciated.  Thanks!
