Is it possible to port webrtc to Allwinner H3 ?

I think webrtc is a very interesting feature for such devices. Unfortunately , I only saw a drive ( UV4L  :  https://www.raspberrypi.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=43&t=105019)  for Raspberry Pi2/Pi3 in linux. 

 

Does somebody here have any idea to cross-compile native webrtc source code for such a device ?
