Please enable CONFIG_USB_G_DBGP in boards that can do USB gadget

I'm looking to test this ehci debug port kernel module on a sunxi board that supports USB gadget, but it turns out it's not enabled in armbian by default. While I can recompile the kernel right now, I think it's useful to enable it as a module as this driver is quite small.
