Issue formatting HDD with LUKS

Hi Armbian Folk,

 

I'm having trouble formatting a 120GB HDD as LUKS encrypted using 'Disks'. Successfully managed to do this with a 120GB SSD already so not sure what the issue is.

Try create a single partition and encrypt that with luks.

Out of interest why would that be needed / required and any ideas why I managed to get it to work without any problems for the same size SSD?

Was just a pure guess. I don't know why it refuses to work.
