Can't boot MECOOL KM3

Good afternoon, I have a problem with my TV BOX (MEOOL KM3) when I start it freezes on the TV BOX screen and it doesn't work. Does anyone know how I can select this problem. I thank you in advance for your contributions. Thanks

Then after being sure you are following the correct installation steps, please provide more details on your installation, like what dtb files you have tried, what u-boot.ext file you are using, etc.

Good Morning Can anyone share the Mecool KM3 ROM image? I've tried several .img files and the system won't install. Trying with the method mentioned above the installation does not boot from SD Thanks

Try with USB stick on USB 3.0 port
