radarr wont start

Radarr installed from armbian-confign to my Odroid XU4 wont start on boot or after enter this command in ssh shell:

/usr/bin/taskset -c 4-7 /usr/bin/mono --debug /opt/Radarr/Radarr.exe -nobrowser

even though installed via armbian-config it is still 3rd party software
