Nanopi m4b unstable gigabit ethernet

My nanopi m4b has been showing slowness problems that I believe to be caused by the ethernet, I access a site inside it that has a camera stream and sometimes it is slow, and now the connection via ethernet completely stopped working, I looked for something in the logs but I didn't find anything that could indicate the problem, I can access my site over wifi
