How can I upgrade image on hdd rootfs

Hi

Some time ago i moved rootfs on hdd. After that version of initrd has changed from 5.10.60-sunxi to 5.15.25-sunxi. But apt changes all files only in /boot on hdd (not on memory card). So now i have conflict:

That produce a bunch of problems with modules. How can i correctly upgrade kernel to 5.15.25-sunxi ?
