fadedbee Posted March 15, 2023 Posted March 15, 2023 (edited) Hi, I've installed Armbian 23.02 Jammy Gnome from https://www.armbian.com/orangepi-5/ on my new Orange Pi 5. Unfortunately, it looks ugly compared to Ubuntu on my x86_64 PC. The main problem is the irregular use of occasional single-colour icons - for example the trash-can in the dock. Is it possible to make Armbian 23.02 Jammy Gnome not use these single-colour icons, and use Ubuntu icons throughout? Edited March 15, 2023 by fadedbee 0 Quote

Most of the people around Armbian is dealing with low level problems and we never get to the problem of desktop or icons that are used there. Actually, we haven't change how desktop looks in years ... If tweaking is in question, welcome, complete design renewal? I am on conservative side regarding this as my first app is terminal, second chat then browser. @monkaBlyat also promised some help in making desktop looking better. Teaming up? 0 Quote
