Clone from one SD-Card (32GB) to another (128GB)

I use Armbian Jammy Xfc3 23.11.1 on my Banana Pi m3. It's on a 32 GB SD-Card.

I did a backup with usbimager

Flashed the image to another SD card with 128 GB.

Changed the rootdev=UUID in /boot/armbianEnv.txt and the UUID in /etc/fstab

But it won't boot 

What am I missing?
